                Senior Account Manager Jobs

                Senior account manager jobs are the types of jobs involving the supervision of the creative and production processes to ensure that the advertising team and the media departments meet the requirements and expectations of the clients. The estimation of the project costs is also included in your long list of responsibilities. You have to present a report on cost estimation to the clients and the advertising team.

                As the senior account manager, you need to maintain a good working relationship not only with your colleagues but also with you clients. You must maintain a daily contact with the clients so you can update them with the latest project progressions.

                Your job requires you to have excellent communication skills because you have to spend most of you time interacting with different people. You have to work closely with the senior account executive and the senior account director to discuss ideas and develop concepts.

                Senior account manager jobs also requires you to serve as the mediator between the clients and the advertising team. By conducting research and studies on the products or services that the clients want to promote, you will obtain the important information that the advertising team can use in the development of the promotional campaign. You are responsible for briefing the creative team and the media department about the general promotional strategy.

                Being the senior account manager makes you responsible for all the activities of the junior members of the account management team. Their successes and failures will both reflect on your competency and effectiveness as a leader. You have to motivate every member of you team to give their 100% in everything that they do.

                A college diploma in advertising, communications, management, marketing, or public relations is needed in senior account manager jobs. You need to have at least five to seven years of previous working experience as a junior account manager before you qualify for a senior position.
