                Senior account executive jobs are the types of jobs involving the application, creation, direction, and organisation of publicity campaigns.                 Your tasks and responsibilities as the senior account executive includes the creative direction of advertisements and the supervision of product promotions.                 Failing to finish the project on schedule will cause a lot of damage not only to the team but to the entire company as well. More often than not, an upset client will stop rendering the services of your company. Like the other senior officers in the company, you are held responsible for your entire team. Since you are the head of the team, you need to have excellent leadership skills. You need to know the right time to exercise your authority and when to practise your humility. Learning the balance between the two is your key to being an effective leader who is respected by all those under him. The success of the account executives is your success and their faults are your faults too. Whatever they do will reflect on your performance as their leader.
