                  Senior account director jobs are the types of jobs involving the control and management of advertising accounts by coordinating the company resources, the client requirements, and the promotional campaigns. Your job as the senior account director is closely associated with that of the senior account manager.

                  As the senior account executive, you are responsible and liable for all those under your tutelage. You have to remember that their victory is your victory and their mistakes are your mistakes too. You have to keep on inspiring and motivating all your junior account executives so that they can perform their duties to the extent of their capabilities. Because you are their leader, you have to make sure that they are right on schedule and on budget. The only way to secure the smooth flowing of activities in the company even after you retire is to train effective and efficient junior account executives that will succeed you.

                  The academic requirement for senior account director jobs is a degree in advertising, communications, marketing, media studies, psychology, public relations, sociology, or any other related field. You need at least five years of working experience as an account director before you can qualify for the position. Having a previous working experience in business management, sales and marketing, or advertising will be an advantage.

                  Since client complaints are going to be addressed directly to you, you have to be calm and professional at all times. You have to learn how think fast and clear despite the pressure from the client. Senior account executive jobs also require you to be a great problem solver. You have to be flexible, adept, and efficient enough to come up with the best solutions to all sorts of project-related problems. Because your job involves a lot of social interactions with both your clients and your colleagues, you also need to have excellent communication skills in both oral and written forms.
